Spring Harvest Dinner: Showcasing Local Foods!

Come one, come all! Today, Wednesday April 20th, UNH Dining is hosting the 2022 Spring Harvest Dinner. Both Holloway Commons and Philbrook Dining Halls will offer menus featuring local foods from various farm, including some of our produce from Farm To You NH! Here is a list of the local companies being showcased:

Every year, this event is a crowd favorite for featuring dishes from local farms and businesses. Here at Farm To You NH, we have been gearing up for this event, harvesting lots of crops to bring to the dining halls.
