Meet your farmer Friday! Mo is majoring in sustainable agriculture with an emphasis in horticultural production in a changing climate. Her favorite thing to grow is garlic, and she also works at the composting center at UNH!
Winter is over! Our French breakfast radishes are giving us a nice pop of color to kick off spring! Stay tuned to see what else we’re growing this season!
